Break the cycle

 Have you ever wondered why you feel a certain way about certain things or people?

Do you often blame yourself for that? Or do you play the game too?

Today's topic is about breaking the cycle. Breaking the cycle of all the badness, breaking the cycle of limitations and breaking the cycle of carrying out your unhealed situations to life or to other people's lives. 

The people of today's world protect their peace more than anything. The people of today's world protect their hearts more than anything because of the belief that there are bad or fake people around. But how do you do that? 

Do you do that by hurting another person, do you do that by testing the other person till it ticks the boxes? And how do you do that? These fake people are in the majority, but they went through rough times themselves and they need healing. A little empathy might be required.

Because someone being worse than you doesn't mean you're not bad either, and vice versa.

Let’s normalize goodness and realness.

Break the cycle of pretending, badness and work on unhealed situations in a constructive way so that we don't carry that around and pass on to other people. 


Tips on how to look deep in yourself 

● Weekly or monthly self evaluation 

● Be real and talk to someone or try therapy

● Pray regularly if you believe in God

● Know the deep root of the situation, seek help or address the situation to the concerned person 

● Practice good communication skills and how well to address your emotions 

● Keep yourself away from negativity if necessary 

● Keep in mind people know what they're doing

● Practice healthy routines like yoga, meditation, exercise, eating well, sleep well and distress mechanisms. Atleast 15minutes each day of yoga, meditation and exercise.
